reading plus

Reading plus is helping me with my vocabulary and helping me understand what i am reading. My goal is to be able to read faster. My goal for the week is to get all green.

The Ridge

I could hear the waves bashing against the rough rocks. I could hear the rocks crushing under the the bike wheels. I could smell salt water the water smelt like salt. I could feel the warm breeze. I saw a large mountain and rode up it with a hundred percent confidence that i could make it up. So when i made it up i saw a big fall straight ahead so with my confidence i tried going down but with a thump i just made it. I am now going to push with all my strength to make it over the fence i have done this before so i need to be perfectly in front of the fence and lean on one wheel and hope i make it over. I made it to the beach the sun shining on the water making it clear the beach was as beautiful as the hot shining sun.  we are learning to to make our writing interesting as possible by adding what we hear, feel, see and taste

Piggy Sue

There was a man in a van that was diving down a dusty rood and
then he stop because there was a pig in the middle of the rood.
So he grabbed the pig and start to look
for the owner. He asked people if they no where the pig is from.
He look for weeks and then he found the owner and the pig name was Sue.
So he drove to the farm and saw free range pork so he gave her a box and keep Sue .
He was a good owner for the pig and he kept the pig feed

I think he could of bought the pig in instead of taking the pig
because then the farmer and the postman both would be happy
because she would of got paid and I he pig Sue didn't get killed.
So I think it might be fair.

Going to Australia

Going to Australia

Me and my family went to Australia one year ago. It was for a vacant.

We lived closer to dream world, it was fun because we went everyday.
My favourite part of dream world was the giant drop.  

We went in a airplane, it was a long flight we had fun on the flight because we got to watch movies. When we got there it was very hot because we had a lot of clothing on because we had come from NZ.

Then me and my big brothers started to go to school and it was fun to make new friends and I felt excited.
One year later, we moved back to NZ and then i ended up going to sock burn school and now i’m here.
But at the end i had fun in Australia but NZ is better.

How Did He Get Up There

Look up there somebody is on the Statue of Liberty and then screaming look at your phone,
He is gone to blow up the Statue of Liberty but how did he get up there.
And then someone said he skydived, here come the police they say he is a prisoner that has
escaped from the mots grad prison in the world.
Why does he want to blow up the Statue of Liberty because it the mane thing of USA,
and then he fall off but his suit get sack on a piece of metal and then his suit rips and...

Aim:
I want to find out how to see body language.


Method:
I will give someone a complement then I will ask them to give me a complement.
They will have to be lie or they will  be saying the truth.
Now I will know if you are lie or not.
